|Effective or Estimated Cost Per Click||Metric used to gauge the effectiveness of a a campaign, based on clicks and earnings||eCPC|
|Cost per Qualified Applicant||Dollar amount associated with obtaining a qualified applicant; qualified defined by each hiring organization||CPQA|
|Cost per Hire||Dollar amount associated with a hire, or the average cost of hiring one person||CPH|
|Apply Rate||Number of clicks to gain one application, aka click to apply||AR|
|Click-Through Rate||The ratio of job ad clicks to impressions||CTR|
|Conversion Rate||Number of applicants who click on a job and end up moving forward in the hiring process||CR|
|Conversion Window||Time between a person viewing a job posting and completing a job application|
|Applicant Volume by Hires||Number of applicants, per each open requisition, needed to make a hire|
|Quality Applications by Source||Number of applications received from each source that are defined as qualified||QA/S|
|Effective Cost per Click||Total amount of money spent on a job ad divided by the number of clicks||eCPS|
|Effective Cost per Apply||Total amount of money spent on a job ad divided by the number of applicants||eCPA|
|Effective Cost per Quality Apply||Total amount of money spent on a job ad divided by the number of quality applicants||eCPQA|
|Effective Cost per Apply Click||Total amount of money spent on a job ad divided by the number of apply clicks||eCPAC|
|Applies per Job||Number of applications per job posting|
|Clicks per Job||Number of times a job posting is viewed|
|Application Distribution||How evenly or unevenly a company receives applications across all of its job ads|
|Programmatic Technology||The use of software and data to achieve a set of goals based on the jobs available, rules set, and budget remaining|
