The integration with Appcast allows TalentReef users to post their jobs programmatically to Appcast’s network of 30,000+ sites, providing them with complete coverage across the globe. Appcast’s programmatic technology determines which sites will deliver the best candidates for a given employer and ensures their recruitment budget is spent as efficiently as possible. When Appcast Apply is enabled, candidates can apply directly from the job board and application information will be directly and securely transferred into TalentReef. As a result, clients can expect to see an increase in application volume as high as 60%.
Appcast has also built out a quality integration with TalentReef to send candidate disposition data back into Appcast’s platform. This enhanced dataset allows further optimization of bidding algorithms to drive more qualified candidates into TalentReef.
