Our goal was to update the employer value propositions and brand experience post-pandemic to showcase how Conagra has evolved as an employer and company.
Conagra hired Appcast Brand and Creative to research and collect insights into the culture, people, and purpose that make Conagra a great place to work and why. From there, the team developed “Destination Conagra,” an employer guide that brings the brand to life consistently across departments and communication channels. Within its pages, values, employee experiences, creative assets, and communication tools can be found.
