Sales Operations Analyst

Appcast is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Operations Analyst. This role is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual to utilize his or her business acumen and analytical skills to deliver accurate and insightful analysis and recommendations to the sales team.


  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Create or innovate existing reporting based on business needs
  • Analyze business trends to identify sales opportunities
  • Design, create, and update documents and forms used by the Sales team for continuous process improvement and consistency
  • Facilitate month end processes between sales and finance
  • Work with finance team to constantly be improving processes
  • Analyze variances between actual performance versus budget and prior year

Candidate Traits

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Post-Secondary Diploma
  • 3-5 Years of experience in a sales or finance operations role
  • 1+ years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with modern market research techniques
  • You are a detail-oriented, metrics-driven professional who uses data to work on several projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Very disciplined, self-starter who can multi-task
