Appcast is seeking an Enterprise Channel Relations Representative to support existing customers and find incremental opportunities in Appcast’s channel ecosystem. This ecosystem consists of our Agency, RPO, Staffing and Job Board clients.

The Enterprise Channel Relations Representative will be responsible for the management of key accounts, including new business development, strengthening existing client relationships and growing long-term revenue.  If you thrive on building strong relationships, working hard, applying analytical thinking and want to be a part of a fast-growing startup company, this is the opportunity for you.


  • Sell SaaS and pay-per-applicant (PPA) services to Recruitment Agencies, RPO’s, Staffing Firms and Job Boards
  • Prospect, pitch and close new channel partners
  • Conduct in-person visits, live product demonstrations and business reviews
  • Strategically grow existing revenue base
  • Genuinely understand clients needs, know the industry, and act as a trusted advisor
  • Travel (25%)

Candidate Traits

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven experience managing recruitment advertising in the Channel space
  • Competence in pay-for-performance advertising models (experience with programmatic advertising is a plus)
  • Effective ability to conduct in-person and online product demonstrations
  • Experience in consultative, solution selling
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful, personal relationships
  • Data-driven and loves ‘all things Excel’
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Is self-motivated, driven and has a ‘go-getter’ attitude
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
