Like most major cities, there is a strong demand for senior technical talent in Chicago’s hiring market. Trustwave, an information technology company that provides cloud managed security services, needed candidates with engineering, IT, and technical skills, is met with the challenge to source top applicants on traditional job boards.

On the user-end of Appcast’s tool, Burdinie could see all of the actions she wanted to take – turning on or off specific jobs or job groups and making sure jobs were sponsored according to her strategy. Even though Burdinie chose to frequently check or update her jobs and their promotion rules, she knew the programmatic engine would automatically promote the jobs based on her preset rules.

As Trustwave continued to grow, increasing brand visibility and awareness through advertising jobs in new channels and niche job sites was an instrumental initiative.

Burdinie also saw Appcast’s reach and distribution through the Deep Web as a differentiated branding opportunity for Trustwave.
